Poor Quality - No replacement parts offered
Like others, my bed also broke. These beds have so many pain points where the wood is spliced together. I contacted support twice and they do not provide replacement parts for purchase. A 3 month warranty is so short.. so leads me to believe they are aware this issue. So you'll need to buy a whole new bed because of bad design. I wouldn't purchase and of the "wood" beds here simply for durability and quality checks. They look nice in the bedroom, but that's about it.
Nice while it lasted
We loved this bed for the 18 months we used it. It felt sturdy and looked beautiful. Unfortunately this week, not one side but both sides have completely broken. As in, I’m getting in bed and my side suddenly goes down to the floor. This bed is “solid wood” but must be a soft wood like pine. We are really bummed as we thought this bed would last years. I also find it odd that I paid $329 for this bed in late 2022 but now it’s listed “on sale” for $525, down from $875. Are they charging even more now for this bed that will eventually break?
Beautiful bed
Shipped the wrong item but customer service was great and they shipped the bed within a few days
Love the look, but it broke
I really loved the look of this bed. But I had it for a little over a year and it broke. I was extremely disappointed with the amount I spent on it for it to break that quickly.
Decent
I was worried it was going to be too tall - but I’m not upset with it assembled. The assembly was a little tricky. I’ve experienced much worse and much better. I am worried that it may not be easy to Disasemble , when it comes to move - which made leaving a review score tricky. I would be quite disappointed if it turns out to be a one time use frame. Otherwise it suits my needs, I bought it on sale - not sure I’d pay full price - but preferred spending a little extra for a wood frame rather than metal.
Know all the facts.
Nightmare to put together. You should be upfront with buyers. I was not told I needed a second person to help put this bed together until I read the instructions after opening the box. I am not finished yet as there is no second person to help and I am eighty years old. Also, I was not told that I should not use power tools to assist in putting this together. You can imagine how I feel after a few hours working with my arthritic hands on this project.
Larger than a true queen
The bed is about 3” wider and 2” longer than a standard queen sized mattress. The packaging is poor and the parts had slid down to one end. Fortunately, nothing was missing and there wasn’t any serious damage. It did take a few hours to assembly, but the result is a very sturdy bed frame.
