Sturdy & Attractive

I’m using this rack for baby/toddler blankets instead of towels and it works perfectly. The material is sturdy and the finish is nice. It was easy to install and looks beautiful.

Color completly different from the website

There was nothing wrong with the towel rack structurally, or the design of it but the color was very very off from the pictures on the website like other has said before me. I was super disappointed and I’ve already returned it.

Not brass, looks cheap

Not brass at all, this is made out of iron and painted to look like brass but the paint looks like cheap gold paint. Lightweight so you know its cheap metal. Returning, very disappointed. I also ordered the towel hook from the same collection, same style, and it looks way more like brass, not painted and has a good weight to it. For $50 i would expect this one to be a bit nicer.

Not Same Color Shown

As other reviews have mentioned, it’s much darker in real life than in photos. It’s much more of an antique brass finish vs a bright bronze, and doesn’t match the gold in the other magnolias bathrroom hardware. Bummed because I was hoping this would work!

Misleading photo

Will return. Color is not at all like the photo and doesn’t match the other brass Hearth & Hand items, as expected. More dull, rubbed, darker finish not shiny and bright like the photos.

Shipped defective

I was so excited to receive this towel rack but it arrived damaged… not from the shipping, but from the moment it was made & packed. I don’t know why they would ship a damaged product. It was crooked, slanted and should’ve been pulled from the moment it was made! So disappointed.

Looks Good

This looks great but not as solid/sturdy as I would expect from this brand. Kind of cheaping out. Hopefully it's a fluke! Great for a guest room but I'd be afraid to use it on a daily basis.

High end look

Best find to match my bathroom sconces. High end look for a fraction of the price. Color is antique brass look. Searched high and low for this color. Just so happy with this purchase!

Not as pictured

The pictures of this rack aren’t accurate. It’s much darker than the gold in the pictures on the website. It does seem sturdy.

Great quality and cute decor!

Such a grear idea! Looks so much classier than an over the door rack. Great quality and simple to put up. Lightweight and comes assembled and ready to use. Great for hanging decorative towels of all sizes!

Color is not gold!

The coating is nothing even close to the gold BRASS as advertised on the picture! It's more like bronze or aged pewter. Not nice looking in such a color. Will return it

Absolutely beautiful rack! Easy to mount and easy to follow instructions. Looks beautiful as a piece with durable ladders and mounts. I love how beautiful my towels look in my bathroom displayed on here! Great for any room.

Style and Function!

This ladder-style towel rack is stylish and functional. I love the antique bronze finish, which looks less brassy than in the pictures. I love how it can hold several towels, but now I have to go buy more towels to fill it up! It was super easy to install, we had no problems using the supplied drywall anchors and going into a stud for one side. Overall this is a stylish and practical addition to your bathroom decor.

Worth It

Unique vintage style to organize towels. Easy to hang and has a nice finish. Can’t beat for the price!

Nice item but finding it hard to mount.

Not easy to mount in my experience. The quality is nice and the color is good. I just need to find assistance to put in my bathroom! Wish it had an additional bar on it for decorative towel hanging. Good for the price.
