Non responsive to customers complaints!

One of the 3 stools had a broken support piece . Requested a replacement piece and was told they would send a replacement. It’s been about a month no replacement yet. I don’t recommend these stools because the company hasn’t been responsive and I am considering returning all 3 stools..

ONE STOOL IS A DIFFERENT COLOR! :(

We love the price and quality of these stools. We bought the set of 3 in red. Unfortunately, one is a totally different color red. I just emailed the company, (Chicago Stools), so I am hoping they will stand behind their product and just mail us out one new one. I really hope they don't ask us to disassemble all 3 %26 mail them back in order for them to rectify this. That would obviously not be worth it, but I've asked family and friends if they can notice the difference in color %26 everyone so far has said yes. It was a friend who suggested that I reach out to the company to see if they'll just send out a replacement. Fingers crossed!!

Great set of stools

These are really sturdy, well made, and super easy to put together. The black has antique edges. They’re nice and look just like the photo. They work perfect under my counter height island.

AWESOME PURCHASE

Holy Cow!!! These are fantastic! They are constructed extremely well! They are very comfortable, no digging in the back of your thighs, no need for a cushion. I love these stools!! The price was amazing! My neighbor has the SAME EXACT STOOLS!!! Who knew.....She loves them as well. I would purchase these again with no hessitation!!!

If I could I would return dull redish brown

Quality is OK the color is brownish dull red orange. False picture and color. We have already gotten 2 splinters from the sides where the wood had flaws. If I could do it again I would have returned before I started puting them together. The glue they give you is super cheap and not enought
