I have had satisfactory experience with Wayfair purchases in the past. The quality is good, the shipping is fast and in the past the items I ordered were intact. The package did not appear to be beaten up or mangled; however, the base of the coaster set was broken on one side. I would appreciate it if this is replaced. I am very pleased with the product except for the fact that it is broken.

it is a well-made coaster. the lip works well to keep cups and glasses in place. i wish it was a bit wider and deeper to hold more condensation. I love the wood finish. matches with my other furniture very well.

Coasters are nice. I only wish that they had a more shine look, but I use furniture polish on them.

Too small for most cups and glasses

Pretty and appear to be well constructed, but totally impractical. They are so small that none of our glasses will fit in them. Planning to return them.
