Poor customer service. Damaged products.

Package came damaged and several of the pieces were also damaged. I have communicated with Max and Lily and after a full week am still waiting for replacement parts to be shipped. Frustrating to still not have it put together.

Smells toxic

I developed a headache while assembling this bed it smells so bad. We’ve had to relocate our daughter to our bedroom while we wait for this thing to stop off gassing. Wishing we had spent a little more money on a different manufacturer, whose beds were low VOC, I’m frankly concerned about long-term health effects from this thing.

Not Walnut as shown- Dark Espresso Brown!

These are not the color advertised. Also, the whites are all various shades on each side- it's a bit of a pain for the price paid, but the bed was sturdy and good quality. There was damage on the pieces for this bunk bed, but we ordered the loft bed as well and there was no damage to that, so quality is hit or miss.

Absolutely loved this bed. It was very high quality and instructions were easy to follow. It looks great in the space.

Beautiful, sturdy bed. Material is great, heavy wood. Im in love with the bed and how much more room we have now. First delivery arrived damaged, I contacted Wayfair and a replacement was sent right away on a Friday and arrived on Monday. I was very surprised and happy that they replaced it very quickly without damages the second time. I wished they were more careful packing these things but anyway Im extremely satisfied, would purchase again. Instructions to build it were just pictures but we managed, took about 3hrs 2 ppl working together

Would give zero stars if I could

You are really risking spending your money with this company. Although their instructions boast "We stand behind our products 100%. Your satisfaction in our #1 goal. If your order is not perfect, or if you would like any assistance; please feel free to contact us...." This is not true. They made the replacement part difficult: I had to document every piece with photos...and then they did not even approve replacement of all the parts that arrived damaged. I would expect that a bed with $799 pricetag would arrive in new condition, and there would no hesitancy to replace it. Even once they approved SOME of the parts and a measly $100 refund, I have waited weeks for them to arrive. I never got an initial shipping confirmation before some of the arrived, and I am still waiting on the last 2-3 pieces. This whole process has taken almost two months. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner. I was hoping to get a nice piece of furniture to last, but clearly my time and money would have been better spent settling for IKEA.

This bed is really AWESOME! We love it! Shipping was frustrating and took some time, but once we received it approximately 3 weeks after ordering, we are really happy with it. Sturdy and looks like it it is straight out of West Elm or Pottery Barn!

Came with damages pieces

I was waiting to write the review as I believed The damaged pieces would be replaced but it’s been more than a month now. The bed overall is nice and sturdy. No complains other than that it took almost close to 4hrs for 2 people to build it and the “white” boards were damaged when arrived which I reported and yet to hear back on replacements being sent.

Perfect for a small room

Love how bright and open this bunk is! We have it tucked between two walls, but it doesn’t feel closed in.

Excellent, stylish bed

We have two sets of these beds for our bunk room and they are fantastic. Solid, easy to assemble and they look FAB :) Highly recommend. My only issue, and this is true of bunk beds in general, is that it's very difficult to make up the top bunk. This bed is especially hard because railing is totally solid, so, tucking in sheets and blankets is a real doozy/workout.

Off gassing

We live the look of this bed. It took about 4 hours to put together by myself and the instructions were easy to maneuver. But the smell! I’m not sure what toxic chemical was used on the wood but it was so pungent and lingered for WEEKS.

Nice bed, subpar packaging

Nice bunk bed, color as described. I'd say it's pretty firm but still need to either anchor to the wall or have anti-slipping pad underneath. 4 star because the packaging need improvement (parts almost slide out of the box and minor dents noticed when arrived) and there is one typo in instructions that made me confused for a bit.
