Rustic but Sophisticated

I love my new wine rack! It is rustic but sophisticated also easy to install. Only reason for four stars is because it seems a bit expensive for what you get.

Very cute shelf, great size. The only thing was that a couple screws to the hanging bracket were stripped, so we replaced them to make sure the shelf was stable.

Good experience with the Rustic State. They were responsive to my request to send a second shelf, when it didn't arrive originally with my order. As for the shelves, they are very efficient and attractive. The only issue is that it's a little difficult to get them to hang flush with the wall. It takes a little doing to get the hanging screws positioned just right.

These shelves work wonderfully well for keeping our bottles and glasses tidy. Construction is solid and the wood feels light-weight. Shipping was prompt. Though, the box arrived partially crushed and the two shelves inside did not have any padding as I recall, though they were shrink-wrapped individually; one of the shelves did arrive with an inch-long scuff on the front, but I haven’t noticed the scuff much since I hung the shelf on the wall. The included instructions were clear, and the included hardware was a thoughtful touch (a small bubble level and anchors for drywall); though, we opted to use a different kind of drywall anchor than those that were included, since the included anchors ripped out of our drywall when I first hung the shelfs. Besides these few hiccups, we’re pleased with the shelves overall.
