Not impressed

Bought 6 of these bar stools. Never got to sit in them. Every frame and every seat was damaged when it was delivered. Returned to RTG for full refund. Always had a good experience with RTG but these shipped direct from a third party vendor.

Sturdy Tall Chairs

The chairs are sturdy and well made. But when I requested the floor to seat height for the chairs they never responded to me as they are NOT in the specs. They ended up being a little too high

We bought these for our restaurant bar. They are very well built and best Part to me is that the spokes will not come unglued! All welded together! No parts to bother with

Great stools, horrible packaging

The stools are great, however the packaging was horrible. Each stool came in a separate box and the seat was not attached. The seat was basically just thrown in the box, so the wood was dented and scratched from banging against the metal frame. Overstock was very responsive to me when I contacted them about the damaged seats. They had new seats and hardware shipped immediately. It is a shame the manufacture does not either attached the seats or ship the seats separate to avoid the damage in the first place. Damage to seats in the reason I did not give 5 stars.

Exactly What I Wanted!

These chairs are great! I was concerned about the height but these are perfect for my island that is 39" from top to floor. My dad and brother are over 6'0" and these chairs are sturdy enough for them while being comfortable.

I will buy this product again.

Love the stools, they are well constructed and the welding of the metals frame is done almost seamless and the paint is excellet. The wooden part is made of a solid piece of wood which it makes them more solid. The frame and the seat needs to be together, it would be have been easy if the holes would have been mark, but still nice when they are put together. The stools stand the test, the persons that are going to be using them are very tall and robust.

I ordered 10 of these for my son's bar. Very pleased with the look and strength of the stools. NOT SO PLEASED that 5 of the stools came with screws to mount the seats but the other 5 had NO SCREWS. The box has a phone number to report missing hardware, but who wants to have screws shipped to you in the middle of assembly? Had to make an aggravating trip to the hardware store.

I would buy this barstool again.

I love these barstool! Exactly what I was looking for. They look so nice, they are heavy and sturdy. My little ones always used to knock over my other stools.

Value for the money!

We are using these stools at our breakfast bar. They are very well made and are holding up to the abuse of my 10 year old boys! Since this is a fully welded metal stool I have confidence that my boys who weigh 90lbs can still step on the bottom rung without fear if it snapping or the rung becoming loose over time.

Nice Stools

I bought 7 of these. They are very sturdy but the packing of them leaves a lot to be desired. Called the company to report the damage, sent pictures and they sent replacement pieces immediately. Love the look of them now that the damaged seats have been replaced and the bottom slides that where pushed up inside the chair due to poor packaging & handling. But the out come was great.
