Considering the original price, I'm glad I paid for open box price. The chairs are fine, decently comfortable, and really pretty. I ordered the olive. However, I had an incident where in screwing one of the screws for the back it cracked the front even though it still needing tightening. I didn't over tighten. I was screwing it in and making sure everything was flush. The quality just doesn't match the price... there's no way that paying $500 for this would've been okay. Again, happy I paid open box price.

Easy to assemble, feels quality, looks great

Unfortunately I have to give this a one star rating - the box arrived and the packaging was horrible. There was trash in the box, the instructions were crumpled, the pieces were either sticking out of broken boxes or just completely out of the bag. The chairs themselves are nice but I'm not sure I'd order again based on this experience.

If not that I bought this with open box I would have returned it. The quality is pretty lame. The back is very rough, cut my fingers several time and you can’t lean on it without clothes between your skin and the back. The cotton seat is very poor quality too. Looks cheap. I don’t believe that is all modern quality or maybe all modern is a lie after all

A little hard to put together...you have to make sure everything is lined up right before putting the seat back on, or you'll have to loosen the screws first. The seat cushion is stiff, but a solid chair otherwise.

Cute chair but is shorter than what online says. Must have changed in the past couple of months. I ordered replacements but am hoping they are the correct height.

I could not be happier with the dining chairs. Easy to assemble & comfy. Perfect input space.
