Doesn’t melt in soup
Works great. Enough torque to blend soups and the SS doesn’t melt in hot pots like our previous plastic ones did.
Silky Smooth Soup
I purchased this immersion blender recently as a replacement. Previously, I had been using a cheap machine, so this was quite an upgrade.
good design
this is a workhorse. the design of the blade surround is great-no pulp buildup. I've burned out several over the years because the surround would collect masses of pulp and bog down. I think this one is going to be a keeper.
