Bed didnt come with the swears

I love my furniture! However, I had difficulty with my high rise building delivery. I large window of delivery date and time didn’t not allow to reserve the freight elevator. The result was chaotic!

Super disappointed with the product. The night stand came broken and the foot board had chips in it. I ordered an additional nightstand to match and that one was severely broken. It is a shame bc the set looks nice but either in transit or the quality itself it didn’t hold up nor was it worth the hassle.

Nothing but games from Wayfair, Will never order furniture from them again, nice bedroom set but one the draws on dresser wouldn't close, a lot of chips and scratches on the hole set, 5 weeks to get the chest, never again. make sure you read the reviews first when you buy anything.

We purchased this set at 80% off on a clearance sale. The delivery was slow. They wanted a 3rd party to install we could of done ourselves. The mirror was broken that was a hassle to remedy. Overall the product looks nice. Great deal for the price. However the bed did break first month. I wouldn't pay full price for this set.

Chest was damaged in shipping but was replaced quickly. Bed frame is cheap and flimsy. Definitely get a box spring. Looks sharp in the room

Not very high quality. The drawers are flimsy. I guess you get what you pay for

If not posaible cero start

The bedframe arrived without the Hardware Pack (screws). Had scheduled help to have me assemble that had to be completely moved around. How does QA allow this to happen? A strong non-recommendation for this. Will never purchase anything from the supplier again.

2 of my items arrived damaged. Chip on Dresser Bottom Drawer wont open on the 5 drawer. I want replacements or a refund!

At this price point, my expectations were that these furnishings would only be serviceable for occasional use and construction materials would be marginal, but I did expect the furnishings to be well constructed with reasonable care taken to ensure an appealing finish. I also expected that each piece would be in good condition on arrival.

I ordered and it came so jacked up. I had to email them pictures because the delivery company was covering their own butts. Every piece was damaged. The chest came nearly broken in half. 1 star here. Not worth it.

Although this set is beautiful online, when the dresser arrived it was damaged and the bed was missing the hardware. Contact Wayfair and was told a new dresser and bed would be shipped. When the dresser arrived the second one was also damaged. Finally, the bed came after me contacting Wayfair several times to find out when it would be delivered. The guys that delivered the bed did not put it together because they didn't have the tools. I am still waiting for the third dresser to be delivered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FURNITURE FROM WAYFAIR. This has been a horrible experience. Also, one of their customer service representatives hung up on me because she decided it wasn't her job to listen to me explain the poor service I received. Go to Rooms they are much better
