Everyone should have this

You owe it to your bum to buy this. Toto is the first and best option, even if they are a bit costlier than new knock offs. Would you ever wipe your hands with a napkin when they're dirty and call them clean? No. You use water. The rest of the world has been using bidets for decades. Why the USA is so far behind :-) is beyond me.

I should have done this sooner

I just received and installed this today, so this is an install and initial impression review.Install: ridiculously simple. I watched a you tube video, and had this installed in 15 minutes. I have no plumbing skills. It really is just empty the tank, install the bracket and "t" connector, click it in place, and plug it in. Can't be easier.Initial impression: I've never used a bidet before, so I was cautiously curious about what was going to happen to a sensitive area of my body that I typically protect...but the experience was surprisingly pleasant. A warm seat, warm water, and a warm air dryer are a nice treat. I feel fresh and clean.The auto lifting seat is pretty cool, and the ewater bowl misting is a neat trick. The seat seems well made and solid for my 200 pound frame. So far, I would highly recommend this seat. If it changes, I will update the review

Excellent Bidet Seat

Coming from the TOTO Neorest this was the next best thing for our new toilet that didnt have a bidet. Its easy to install and works flawlessly.The only cons i feel are the angle of the seat pushes you forward more then expected and the wash wand does not go very far back in its adjustments. If you are doing a full remodel Id opt for a fully integrated toilet rather than just a washlet seat.Overall for the price I would buy again.

Great, but not perfect

The jet quality is a small improvement over the previous gen. It is very easy to clean with no dead spots or seams worth mentioning. I've grown to like the panel... No apps to mine your toilet habits or become outdated. I've only memorized the nightlight Konami code. I installed an Auto-flush unit, and it's working great... With one annoying exception...(Update below) The lid will close on you. Often. There are sonar and pressure sensors, but they don't like it if you spread your legs and lean. If someone knows of firmware to fix it, lmk. It's specially bad with the auto flush unit, as the lid will close on you, crash into you, and then flush while you're sitting on it and applying pressure. It's as if the seat was only tested by tiny JK who sit with their legs closed in a tiny bathroom and don't move around because they're on camera.With all that said, great purchase... But not for everyone. In my month with it, it always closed the lid and flushed for me. If you're not going to use an auto flush unit, cheap out and go for a C5 or s500e.Update: the lid closing probablem has disappeared for me as I've started consistently using the dryer. If the dryer stops, it's because it lost contact with you and you should apply pressure to the back sensors and try again. The dryer stopping is a 10 second warning, which is plenty, going old school and using only tissues while standing up is habit you'll have to stop with this model... Yeah you could disable auto lid close and auto flush, but at that point why are you buying this.

Our tushies have never been happier!

Since installing our new bidet, we've really enjoyed it. This is our first bidet in our house. We've enjoyed the warm seat on those cold winter midnight bathroom runs. I feel that my butt has had way fewer instances of inflammation from over wiping now. My partner loves the female features and the warm water! There is so many features built-in that we haven't even explored all of them yet. Really the best home upgrade this year was purchasing this bidet for our master bathroom! 🙌

Wouldn't go without it

Never used a bidet before, but decided to give it a shot with this one. Install was easy, setup was easy. Don't have anything to compare it to, but add me to the “why haven't I been using this for years” column. Quality seems great, instructions were good, and it even included brand-name batteries in the package.
