Easy installation, the water drop system even comes with the needed teflon tape. From start to finish the entire installation took no more than 5 minutes. An advantage of the water drop system is the ability to use both the 10U and 15U filter on this system, giving you the ability to chose if you need more filtration.

Probably the best and most important purchase of my life. We attached this to the kitchen sink and it only runs on the cold side, which is just fine. I also bought a digital water tester. We tried bottled water (arrowhead, and Great Value) and the 5 gallon filter that is built into the 5 gallon water bottle that sits on the dispenser and compared them all. This had the best, safest levels!!! The water has no flavor. Even warm, there is no bad odor or taste. Warm water that tastes good is very rare I'm sure you know. Completely satisfied and will buy another for the basement.

Very impressed. This filter is easy to install and has simple instructions. It made a huge difference in our water. It no longer smells like a swimming pool or has a chemical taste. This is something I will definitely recommend.

It was missing a 3/8ths to 1/2 pipe fitting. But I was able to use the existing hose and included hoses and fittings to connect it by turning the existing hose backwards...

Improving the safety of the drinking water

I give Waterdrop 5 stars for ease of installation. I use the cold water tap for brewing coffee and noticed a difference in taste with the first pot. The flow rate is slightly lower than the hot tap. Attached to the kitchen faucet, it will be quite a while before 16,000 gallons pass through the filter.

Why do you not use reliable threaded connections at all filter and spicket sites rather than flimsy unreliable leak seal prone plastic push in connectors ??

Was easy to install. Our water smells like a pool sometimes. This has made a drastic change. We love it. Getting a second one for kitchenette. Totally worth it.

This water filter is a game changer in my household!! I’ve had it for about a month. It was packaged nicely. We were able to remove the soap dispenser and replace it with the convenient under the sink filter. I liked the finish as it matched my kitchen. It was easy to install (given my husband is not a true handy man, but gave it a go with the paper instructions and YouTube video). It was a success overall. Great tasting water and positive impact to the environment- less plastic waste!
