The chairs are ok, but the wood looks very worn in several areas. The finish just isn’t as nice as it should be for a new chair.

Attractive and lighter than expected!
Great looking, EASY to assemble (it takes longer to unpack the two chairs than it takes to simply attach the back to ea ch chair)! But the real pleasant surprise was how light they are, making it easy to move them around even when sitting in them.

When looking over the chairs, the finish seems to have been rubbed off in several places. Every chair has this problem. In speaking with a customer service agent, we were offered replacement chairs or a discount to make repairs ourselves. We opted for the replacement option and I was very happy with the consideration given to us by the agent.
We love these chairs - this company makes quality products for a reasonable price. We ordered a table with benchs first - then decided to order 2 arms chairs. All required some minimal assembly. We were shocked at how precise the pieces were made - so easy to put together with brass hardware - they even sent an extra set of the hardware in case you lose something. We will order from them again if the need anything in the future. Excellent quality!

100% positive about these chairs, and I’m a pretty picky customer. Chairs arrived quickly, extremely well packaged, no parts missing, no damage. The wood is beautiful. Construction quality is very good. Not top-level, but very good, especially for the price. Overall very happy with the chairs, and recommend highly!
