Awful cheap garbage

Multiple broken pieces and on loft section I literally had to add a piece of wood to hold it up

Broken

This was damaged when I received. The manufacturer is where is was damaged. The screws used for assembly were put in too tight and split the wood. Very disappointed. If it wasn't broken it would have worked perfectly.

Too small fir more than 1 bunny

Good space but not good quality

I love the space this gives my bunny. I think she loves it too. There are a couple things I don’t love. The wood is so soft. It splits easily and the screws don’t always stay in as they can so easily be pulled out. My rabbit pulled the hay rack right out of the wall after just a few days. Also, the UV panel already has water stuck in it after 1 rain. I don’t know how long this hutch will last, and it was kind of expensive for the quality to not be great.

Great cage, only issue was damage during shipping

We love this cage and gives a lot more room for our rabbit. Very sturdy and easy to clean. The only issue was when it was delivered the box was ripped/dented and the hinges were damaged. I was offered to send it back and once received they would send out a new one. Due to needing this item ASAP, we kept it and went to the hardware store and got new hinges. The product itself is very nice and the customer service was great to try to remedy the issue, we just couldn't wait that long for a replacement or we would have.

Great product

Hutch is perfect for our rabbit. It was very easy to assemble and it seems to be very sturdy.

Unsafe for guinea pigs

I have the 2-story version of this hutch and liked it enough to upgrade to the 3-story version for my guinea pigs. What is not clear from the product photos is that there is no protective barrier between the top “floor” and the steep incline to the bottom. Within a few days of being in the new hutch, one of my piggies slipped off the top platform and fell through the hole all the way to the bottom floor, smacking his face on the way down. Luckily he did not seriously hurt himself with a broken tooth or twisted paw, but he was certainly shaken up for a bit. I put my guineas right back in their 2-story cage and now have no idea what to do with this one.

Bunnies are enjoying stretching out on bottom deck and cuddling up in the loft. Easy access to everything because of all the doors.

Poorly made

I bought this for my rabbits. I had to put the pieces together and the parts I had to put together were falling apart when I got them. The top layer the tray you have to take the rabbit put to clean. I had my male in the bottom to separate from the female briefly and he broke straight through the plastic. If I would have known the product was this bad I would have spent my money on something else. It was expensive and poor quality

This is a great inexpensive option with rabbits. My girlfriend and I have two mini rex, they absolutely love it! They have lots of room to still run around aswell as being able to stay warm. Very easy to clean and easy build process. Highly recommend.

Cute but poor quality roof

This bunny hutch is adorable but I was disappointed in the quality of the wood. The roof came broken and splintered and is VERY flimsy. I had to use wood glue to hold it together. Hopefully this holds up for a little while since it will be my first hutch.

This bunny hutch arrived broken it was cheap quality and arrived late. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m hoping Chewy makes this right. I’m waiting to see if they send a replacement.
