Solid construction and arrived in good condition. Finish is good looking.

This planter is not worth the money. It arrived broken, besides that, the quality and color were not the same as the picture. The color is grey, not charcoal. Also, one of the long sides was curved inward. Do not waste your money. Purchase the one that is black and made of recycled rubber. It is much nicer looking and the quality is a lot better.

Not strong enough, cracked when filled with soil

I liked the appearance and modern look, but this is not strong enough to be a planter when filled with soil. It cracked before I even got the plants planted. The concrete is porous (as noted in the description), but it had several actual holes where you could see light coming through. I filled the small holes with waterproof putty, but there were still places where water oozed through the pores. The hairline crack several inches long that developed from the weight of the soil and water makes it unusable, though; it is going to crack open completely when there is more weight/pressure from plants and watering. (Attached photo has arrows pointing to the long crack and where water was oozing out.) I am requesting a refund.

This planter is just what it is cracked up to be. It is light weight but looks just like concrete and does have drain hole for good drainage. It is large and deep maybe a little too deep and takes a lot to fill. I am very pleased on how it looks outside and adds to my curb appeal.
