Glad I had a sample sent; I did not want a Matte finish, the description that was on line said it was a glossy finish; I returned the entire order and found a Glossy finish tile that was larger, 4 x 12, thus less expensive.

First off it was the perfect size I was looking for. I also had a hard time finding a matte white subway tile. The tile came out so beautiful in my bathroom shower. I was lucky to find what I wanted at a fair price. Thank You!! Home Depot!!!

Nice product, looks great as backsplash in kitchen. I know there are some reviews that say tile cracks when cutting but I had no issues. I used a brand new high quality diamond cutting blade on tile wet saw.

Did HD send me the wrong tile?

...or is Ivy Hill peddling Natucer tile under their name and renaming the colors? I received my subway tiles last year and finally have been able to install them. Turns out I need another box or two so I tore the ID label off one of the boxes and came here to re-order. The boxes I got say Natucer all over them and the label identifies these tiles as London White Matte. The size is the same as the Ivy Hill description. So I'm a little confused...

Hairline cracks

These tiles look great when first installed, they are a bit curvy and top surface is matte. 4 months after installation, hair line cracks started showing up, in areas with heat (behind the stove) and without heat (countertop area with no appliances at all). Contacted home depot and customer service sent me a link on how to fix cracks on tiles. Manufacture only cover damage reported within 7 days of delivery.

Dark Grout Issue

Installed in shower and wanted dark grout. It appears this product absorbs the grout if not cleaned immediately (or maybe you can't use with dark grout??). Could not get haze off and so it was 100% wasted time and money unfortunately.
