I had this 4 piece set of table legs shipped to the store and was shocked to find that one of the table legs was missing from the box. I have 3 hair pin legs and a blue label reading “sample” could the 3rd leg have been pulled out to act as a display?

These legs are very sturdy and get the job done perfectly. They do come packed with a thin layer of non-apparent grease that you won't notice until you are in the middle of assembling your table and your wife wonders why your face and shirt are all smudged up. Clean the legs first, perhaps with a spray degreaser. You can construct a fantastic lab table with a section of countertop and 8 inch wood squares under the corners to which you attach these legs with appropriate screws. Great product

These didn’t work for my project so I returned. But they were of great quality. Wear old clothing and gloves as they are covered in a black substance and need to be wiped down.

need to buy screws

These are definitely heavy duty. I was planning to use an old particle board table top I had but now I am not so sure particle board is strong enough for these legs. I need to buy 16 screws and by my measuring, they need to be 1/4 inch or 6.35 cm, not sure how long yet. I will also get 16 washers. I will paint the legs before assembly. I will also be ordering a pack of bumpers for the feet if I think they’ll fit. FYI, the bumpers are from Rockler and cost $8.99 for a 4 pack. Look for them under Hairpin Legs.

Heavy duty and will made, good size. (Does not come with screws or recommended size, need 16 plus washers) Needed to spend time cleaning the remaining residue off each leg

Legs are NOT painted

Watch out - these table legs are NOT painted black as described. They are raw steel. If you want them painted you will need to do it yourself. I had no problem with the ordering or pick up process and the table legs were fine, but just not what the description said they would be.

Sturdy and well built for creating table. Be prepared for a workout for the box was very heavy. Well worth the effort.

I liked the legs because they are made with heavy duty steel and will hold any weight that I put on them. they were perfect for the table I built for my wife.

Very sturdy just what I was expecting

These were exactly what I was expecting. I had a very heavy table top that I wanted to update with new legs, and I needed something sturdy. These are perfect. I was going for an industrial look. They are unfinished steel so they got some black stuff on my hands, but I really don’t mind. I’m not going to be touching them that much. Very easy to install, but I had to go to Home Depot and buy the right screws. Very satisfied with this purchase.
