Not as expected

Just received and put this together last night. It’s a decent size, but the poles aren’t as thick or sturdy as we assumed. The canopy color isn’t tan or beige and white, it’s super thin and hard to shift up and down. The material isn’t canopy at all, we are now looking at how to replace with a decent outdoor material. Definitely is expensive for the quality. I don’t see it lasting more than a year at most. I definitely recommend spending a little extra to get better quality.

Lightweight semi- sheer fabric canopy!

Steel frame is sturdy. Canopy sucks. It is ivory not beige. It is more like a semi-sheer curtain and lightweight! With just a little bit of wind, the canopy does not stay put! I am using magnets to try to hold the canopy into place as best as I can! it Also, used twine to tie the one side down to hold the supporting fabric bar down!

NEVER RECEIVED.WOULD NOT REFUND

I have always posted good reviews but I can't with this one...I ordered and it never arrived..I became ill and was sick I was unable to keep in touch ..I did call and a customer service agent was suppose to reach back out .I never heard anything and I did return calls and talk to their virtual online customer services but never received the product or my money back ..very sad to take advantage of me ...

not made for the wind

this is easy enough to put together but would be easier with two people. we set this up on cement with no weights and in our first storm, it carried it across the yard. We have since anchored it but even anchored the wind has broke the ties on the canvas. we still are using it and it works okay but splurge for a heavier one.

Nice addition to my back yard.

Durable

Very happy with mine. Make sure at least two are available for easy, but lengthy set up. I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness, durability and good quality. I rated 4 stars as canopy fabric could be of higher gauge.

Great adjustable shade

I bought this as a gift. Need two people to assemble, but it was easy, directions were easy to follow. I love that you can adjust the panels to meet your shade need.

Brought this last summer and it stood up to the summer sun with no fading.

Patience

It is less sturdy than I had hoped and made in China, which is disheartening, but so far, it has been going up with little to no difficulty. I have been slow to get started as the many pieces was a bit overwhelming. My advice is to read and re-read the instructions before and during construction, and make sure everythi g is there before you begin. I am hoping to finish mine tomorrow.

You can’t go wrong with this economical but well made pergola. It is very sturdy and has made my little seating area in my very small yard look beautiful.

It fit perfectly in our space. We did bolt it down to the concrete for more stability.

I love this pergola. We searched for months for the perfect one. Debated wood or custom or this. The naysayers who say it flies away in the wind- FYI: you need to bolt it down!!!! We’ve had three major storms, each time- I’ve take them canopy off and i cemented mine down. Worth every cent. Love it.

Received quickly, sturdy however with any bit of wind blowing the canopy top comes off. Looks great and is wonderful in cam weather We found a way to tie down the canopy

Perfect for shade over my table.

We just received the awning and can not wait to put it together. I do not have the area ready at this time but I an very hopeful with the reviews I have read about it. It is setting in my garage right now. So excited!!!!

Fabric slides off pole & the pole swings at you

It is what the pictures show. My neighbor bought the same Christopher Knight Gazebo last year and hers is 5 times heavier. This one is so light weight that we had to screw it down with bolts. The slightest breeze separates the fabric panels and causes the pole to slide out and swing at you. Its been up three days and I had to remove all of the fabric panels as it seems dangerous. Very disappointed!

Easy assembly, some of the medal was bent so you will require a hammer to straighten some of it, I love it though. Great pergola, it does the job
