Bought in July and already burned out in November. Almost caught fire in my house. Will not buy again

Works great, I just need to practice a bit more since hot air cooking requires a bit of trial and error. Overall it's a great purchase

Totally dead after 1 month

Never bought WestBend before, but won't be buying them again. This air fryer is totally dead after 1 mo of use. I knew when I first opened it the electronics felt cheap and did not react as you would expect from a quality made product. It was working fine for a whole month, then during use I took out basket to stir, put it back in, and dead totally, no lights, nothing. Will not power on at all, tried different outlet, letting it cool off, nope, just dead. Cheaply made, can't recommend WestBend.

Works great. Easy directions, and runs quite. And it looks nice on the counter.

I purchased this west bend 5 qt air fryer for my father. He a little intimidated about how to use the air fryer.. I told him using an air fryer is easy.. he won’t have to turn the stove or oven on. More importantly, its less mess in the kitchen then he was sold!!

It works great. Control panel is very understandable

It works great. I've only had it a short while and the black paint is already flaking off inside the cooking drawer. Don't put food directly on the bottom. Use a trivet or parchment paper.

This is great! Im really happy with it so far. The tray is a good size, and its easy to use.

Basket has stupid design

I had this for about 2 weeks. After using about a dozen times, the stupid basket with its rubber stoppers won’t stay up in place. I just put in 2 wings and it collapsed. Guess trying to cook a chicken thigh is an impossibility. What a stupid design! Oh, and they don’t offer replacement parts for it, so I’m screwed.
