Nice looking...wish it wasnt broken!

The clock looks really nice, perfect size for bedroom/bathroom but the inside clock arms fall off. The first clock delivered was cracked and had broken arms. Target sent a replacement and the arms fell off as we were taking it out of the box. I dont know if it is the poor packaging without any protection during shipping or if the clocks are just cheaply made!?!

Good time

I had a westclox wall clock before I purchased this one. It lasted many years before it stopped working and I was looking for a replacement and was surprised to find one online. I hoped it holds up to it name.

Didn’t work for me

Perhaps I got a bad one, but this clock was trash. It would work for an hour or so and then just stop. The batteries were fresh. I wound up throwing it out.

Don't last long

I bought 2 Westclox clocks in the past year, and both just quit working. They look nice but won't last!!!! Very disappointed

Love the style of the numbers and hands.

I love the style of numbers and the shape of the hands, also that it has the seconds hand. Some clocks with seconds hands are kind of loud with the ticking, but I don't hear this one at all. It looks really nice on the wall above the sink.

Cats hate it

The humans in the house like it. Nice little basic analog clock. But the cats couldn't make sense of the ticking noise and tried to take it off of the wall. Luckily I put it up high enough...

Not very good

The clock you sent was white; not black as ordered. Too much trouble to return it; so I now have a white clock in a black spot.

Our clock arrived broken! It was not from shipping, the packaging box was intact. A broken clock was shipped broken. No happy! The clock is very cute, but unusable.

VERY CHEAP

VERY CHEAP. When I took it out of the box the second hand was stuck to the min. hand and had to disassemble it to fix it to make it work. I didn't want to fuss around with returning it and re-ordering it again. It seems to be working at the moment. Otherwise... I will be returning it.

NICE LOOKING TIME PIECE !

Bought it for the front porch , showed up late being the only thing in the order with a shipping charge ! Sure it was over packed with foam peanuts and was undamaged but late is late even if it is only me that knows . Still a cute cheap plastic clock to tell the time , it closed out that order at least !

Westclox 9 Inch Black Round Simplicity Wall Clock

I thought the clock was way overpriced for the quality of manufacture. Especially when I bought the same type of clock for $6.00 less a couple of years ago. Cheap construction.

had a little break on the rim

I felt happy and excited anticipating the arrival of my new wall clock. the delivery was quick. you could see the effort put into the packaging and its insulation. it's pretty with charm to the style. after unpacking it I could see a large break in the outer rim. I was bummed. In my experience as a long-time Walmart shopper, the customer service department listens to their customers and does everything it can to solve the issue. Their commitment and determination to resolve the issue stands out foremost. I've never had any problems or concerns before. so, as I return my item, I am confident that I will be heard and there will be a resolution.

The clock has an elegant, sturdy design...black with a rim of silver. It looks great on the wall. proudly telling time.

Poor quality ... would not work

The second hand was not attached and floating inside the clock. I took the front glass plate off and attached it but then, then hour and minute hands would get stuck on the second hand and would not rotate thus making the clock worthless. I returned it.
