I like the looks of the product but believe once it weathers a bit the tiny nails used to tack things together will start pulling out. Time will tell

As noted. The instructions are terrible. None of the actual parts are even numbered. A sticker with a number on it is probably less that 1 penny. Next, the drilled holes for the seat should've been chamfered. A philips head is not going to run itself deep enough for the head not to stick up. I predrilled for the bolts and did chamfer the holes. This is NOT a 20 minute assembly. It really takes 2 people and it took us at least 6 hours to build.

Was supposed to be delivered yesterday now get only one package which is opened and ripped parts of the cedar boards are smashed from being thrown around, and other packages is not being delivered until Monday, this was a present for Easter.

Looks great. Is reasonably comfortable. We finished it before we put it together. It has held up very well to the weather. Lightweight enough to easily move with two people.

First of all, the instructions are horrible. There's like two pages of instructions that are like "center the plank" and you have to infer what they mean by that, or you can read all the instructions first, including for the bench, and start to piece together what you need to do. We made a lot of mistakes because of the vague directionals that we couldn't take back. Also the nails rusted instantly after the first rain and left streaks down the side panels, and the nailing itself was so stupid and difficult, should've just been screws for most of them. Only reason I don't give it one star is because we ended up getting it to a pretty good place by the end. It's not exactly symmetrical, but you can hardly tell.

One box arrived unsealed and looked to be missing several of the appropriate screws needed for assembly, which required that I purchase more from the local hardware store. Not a huge deal but I should have paid closer attention to the reviews that indicated assembly is problematic. Also, while the Handy Pro arrived promptly and worked diligently, they were unable to complete the assembly in the 2.5 hour window that Wayfair/Handy had booked for this purpose (which as far as I can see is not disclosed in the Handy confirmation). A second Handy appointment is now needed to complete assembly. I will say that booking a second Handy appointment was simple enough but a different Handy Pro will be assigned to complete the project. I will reserve judgement on the product itself until assembly is complete.

Love this Arbor and bench. Its so beautiful in our backyard!!

Arbor Bench

Instructions were shallow and vague. All the wood pieces were there, but not all the holes lined up well. Ended up sturdy with a lot of additional attention, wood and screws.

The wood is nice the product looks nice, but the assembly is a complete joke. The bench is essentially an 'add-on' feature of the arbor. The arbor instructions do not mention or give you guidance as to how the bench will be added. I assembled the Arbor first, per instructions on the bench, then move on to the bench. The bench assembly requires a good portion of the arbor assemble to be adjusted. Essentially I wasn't able to add the bench to the arbor without disassembling the entire Arbor and making cuts and adjustments to the bench. Normally that not a big deal but the way it is delivered is just a bunch of wood planks and 5 steps of vague instructions. Also a problem with reassembling it is that everything is nailed and screwed, meaning after your adjustment you will be left with unsightly holes in the wood. In my opinion you'd be better served building your own or finding another product.

Nice. Needs to be sealed and instructions aren't the best. Luckily, my husband is handy!!

I REALLY LIKED THE ARBOUR AND IT LOOKS GOOD WHERE I WANTED IT TO GO.

It took 4 hours for a professional handyman to put together and he said the measurements were not right and the wood was not cut evenlyI am really surprised that you would sell something so hard to put together.

Lot of time to pur together but it is nice quality.
