Disgusting service

I ordered these stools 22 days ago. After 7 days they had not even left the Westin facility. Macy’s, despite being the ones who took my money, refused to refund me. After calling Westin they told me the package was lost and offered to send another or refund my money. I had made a purchase elsewhere so I asked for a refund. They sent it anyway. To be clear, FedEx ever received the package in the first place. I asked Westin to reroute the package back to their own facility and refund me. They received the package, still no refund. I am furious.

Perfect for my vanity

Love this counter stool. It's the prefect height for my bathroom vanity - it looks great. And I built it myself!

Cheap, not worth the cost.

The chairs didnt take long to assemble but very cheap looking and cheap materials. I will be donating and not keeping. I do not recommend. Also this comes from a 3rd party vendor, it took 2 weeks long to receive because the original package was "lost".

Stylish

Elegant and perfect fit for my kitchen I did a lot of research on styles, price and colors. Easy to put together. Not top of the line quality but more than enough for my home. Chairs are sturdy, and have an elegant look especially for purchasing on a budget.

Just ok

I purchased the pair of stools in white with the beige top. They look nice with my recently painted cabinets. However, I find them uncomfortable and do notice that the padding is not sufficient. It tends to flatten out, even after my 9-year-old grandson has been sitting on them. I find them average and would not buy them again.

Seat is uncomfortable

The picture shows as if the cushion is very deep, however the height of the seat in the picture is not all cushion, but has wood frame inside around the seat. The cushion is sparse, so when you seat, the center of the seat gives in and you will your thighs pressing agains the the wood frame of the seat. Uncomfortable to seat.

It’s a decent product for price not super sturdy but if you use it gently it can last long

Easy to assemble and look beautiful against an indigo blue island.

Could only fit half my bottom on these stools. Made for children seating not adults.

Satisfied

Love the stool just wish it wasnt so wobbly. Had to unscrew the plastic nobs on the bottom of each stool leg to make stool even and stop from wobbling. Wish they were made more sturdier.

Works for Me

These counter stools works welll in my kitchen. They are the perfect height. They coushion are soft and comfortable to sit in while eating a meal. Assembley didn't take long and they look good with my kitchen color scheme.

Sit yourself down in these amazing bar seats

Very nice and sturdy bar seats. The grey were material opposed to faux leather.

Do NOT make the same mistake I did buying this product. It is horribly engineered and an inferior product. Screws would not stay in and even a wood shop teacher came to help assemble it. He also acknowledged that this is poorly made. After using all sort of tricks . (eventually wood glue to hold it together,) I have no confidence having someone sit in it. If you want a barstool to just "look pretty," then this is your stool. If you want it to be functional, keep on shopping! I have ordered other items that require assembly and have had NO problems.

Very disappointed!

I started putting the stools together and the first box, paint chipped off a couple legs, 1 had a crack in the wood and 1 leg wouldn't go down all the way to be screwed in. I am returning all 3 that I ordered. Also says antique white legs and it was just painted white. The seat cushion was made really nice.

poor quality cushion

not happy with the purchase. The cushion started deformity less than in 2 months. Seller said, "Sorry, it's too late to return."

Sturdy and durable. Really comfortable, surprisingly. Highly recommend. You will get many compliments.
