Awesome dining room chairs !!!

Overall, we really like our new dining room chairs. They are comfortable and appear to be well made. Putting them together was a challenge but not the hardest thing I have ever done either. The color is spot on to the website.

Bad seller and lopsided chairs!

Horrible experience! 2 chairs came with 2 short legs. Contacted customer service which forwarded my email to the "3rd party" seller. The seller responded with an offer to help then stopped responding. Now trying to return 2 boxes of chairs with 1 return label. The customer service keeps sending me to another dept to another dept and I am on phone for over an hour. You decide whether these chairs are worth it!

No assembly possible

The chairs would have been great if we could assemble them! The bolts and nuts were not aligned, even my handyman couldn’t put them together. Second, I had a very difficult time obtaining return labels from the company and had to take them to UPS. I was told they could only print out one label and that they would have to call the seller to get permission for the four labels that I needed. I was then told I had to call back in a week to see if they had permission. The whole thing was a fiasco.

Somewhat difficult assembly, Manufactured wood

Assembly was a bit painful; I've had worse, but this wasn't exactly easy. Lining up holes was very difficult. But directions were clear, so that's a plus. Finished product is nice. Comfortable. Only complaint: there is manufactured wood in the cushion. I vowed to never allow another piece of manufactured wood in my home furnishings, as it disintegrates over time. But the legs are made of real wood that will clearly hold up. Quality of construction is average, maybe slightly higher.

NICE BUT FRUSTRATING

Nice sturdy chairs. Was hoping for a taller back & wider seat but still decent size. Nice color, true gray. The only issue so far is they are very difficult to put together. Been struggling with the last chair for days now. After all the struggling they better be durable.

We purchased a dining room chairs for my son, and he absolutely loved them. Along with the dishes he said they looked really elegant.

These chairs are just as pictured. The color is a deep blue just a shade lighter than Navy. They are soft and comfy. I’m very happy with this purchase.
