The ac/heater unit is less the 700 sq ft coverage. I own a 810sq ft unit with an ac unit in master suite area 15x12. I use the ac/heater unit for my living room with a ceilingfan, kitchen and dining area which are small. Yet, we had 101 degree days for over a week when it's around 90 for summer. Will use heater for winter months. Thanks.

I had this shipped to the store with curbside pickup. The box was open when it was put in my car. I decided to return it and when I got to the store, one of the customer service employees went to my car & pulled everything out. It appeared that everything was there. I finally got someone to help me hook it up this weekend only to find that the piece that connects the hose to the back of the unit was not there. I went to the store today and you don’t have it. I’ll be returning the a/c.

Use in insultated garage in Phoenix. Had it for a month and now the compressor won't turn on upon start up. Sometimes the compressor runs for five to ten minutes and then turns off. When it did work, it was useful in maintaining 10 degrees below the outside temperature for a 300 sq ft garage. I will use the wifi to turn it on a couple of hours before I come home and need to work in the garage but when the compressor doesn't turn on, I have no way of knowing until I get home and find the work area is 110 degrees and the Westinghouse has only been working as a large fan. I think maybe it's just too hot for it to work and it wouldn't be that big of deal if it could communicate some diagnostics but it doesn't. This was first Westinghouse unit I've owned,
