Game changer for slicing mushrooms

We use this to slice mushrooms easily. It works very well. My only issue is that it doesn’t quite line up when I’m closing it so I have to push one end of the top over a little bit to fully slice, but with the amount of time and consistent slicing this provides it’s a minor inconvenience. I use my cast iron wooden scrub brush to clean it which protects my hands. This thing is sharp!

This is a great hard workable tool for the kitchen. The blades stays straight and in it’s place, they will not bend or break after many uses. Also dishwasher safe.

Was expecting better

First time using it, the grey paint came off and ended up in the eggs I was making. It isn't well deburred before paint was applied and has ruff spots, like slag left behind on the metal. Blades are very sharp and fixed into place and cannot be removed for cleaning. Was slim fit for large eggs to pass though.

Sturdy and versatile slicer

I like that this slicer can be operated with one hand, speeding up the slicing process. It is sturdy enough to slice not only eggs. but also strawberries and mushrooms. Great product!

So very handy. Strong. Sturdy. Sharp blades. The included little plastic band makes it easy to store in my utensil drawer. I use this often on eggs, mushrooms, strawberries and kiwis.

This was a fantastic buy. This egg slicer cuts clean and helps to present a pretty dish. I used this to slice strawberries that I used as a topping on brioche. I highly recommend purchasing this and adding it to your kitchen tools.

This is just what I was looking for! I’ve had several of the egg slicers where one or more of the wires have snapped. This cuts, eggs, strawberries and even sliced thin cuts of potatoes and sweet potato to make small chips. I can’t recommend this product too highly!
