This is my second pro-3000, the other is going after 12 years of use, so these are good machines. Have had to replace heat elements on the other unit but it that was from hard use for a few months. I have no complaints on either her unit and already used the new one for a few hrs off and on and had ran flawlessly

Very nice fast unit
Terrible quality, terrible customer service
It burned through the sealing tape shortly after purchasing it. The customer service rep refused to send me a $7 replacement part. Then it simply stopped turning on. Zero assistance from Weston.
