Looks great and sturdy

Our baby is due in December but for the mean time, our fuzzy son loves it! Jokes aside, it's very sturdy and great quality. Easy to assemble. Well worth the money!

Beautiful crib

I had had a set from the same manufacturer for my first child and I loved it so I decided to purchase this crib online. It is beautiful and very sturdy! I would highly recommend!

Cracked wood

Had the same experience as the other reviews. Experienced delays and then when I got everything, the headboard was cracked and the dresser was scratched in various places. I eventually got a headboard replacement, but we had already installed the crib, so it was too late. It's a pretty set but I regret buying the toddler and regular bed converter sets because I'm not sure it will last that long (I've had the set for two years though).

Don’t Buy

I was back and forth on buying this nursery set due to the mixed reviews. I decided to give it a shot since the sales lady said it was one of the most popular sets. After driving five hours, going to two different locations, we found that all three pieces we bought were damaged. The crib had multiple cracks, the dresser wood was split near the drawers, and the chifferobe had two different color wood backings and the inside was like chiseled wood. I’m very disappointed with the manufacture of these products and the prices are absurd. Most importantly, this nursery set is unsafe for children.

Falling Apart & Unsafe for Babies

I have had this crib for 5 months (it’s supposed to be able to convert into a toddler bed - ie. be used for years) and it is literally falling apart. It is cracking, separating, and chipping in multiple locations. I feel it is unsafe for my baby to sleep in and when I contacted BuyBuyBaby they were unwilling to help me - they said I needed to contact the manufacturer. Do NOT buy this crib!

Love but disappointed

We loved the style, and how sturdy it was. Material is cheap and pieces are poorly made. Didn't have it up for 2 weeks and the "wood" started splitting in multiple areas. For the price we thought we would receive better quality.

Love this crib set!!

Fortunately, I was able to find all pieces of the Westfield Westwood furniture set in brushed white. I love the crib, tall dresser, double dresser and changing topper. Extremely well made and super adorable for a baby and as a full size bedroom set.

So pretty

It is absolutely beautiful even in person. It seems very solid. I even climbed in once with our son and it didn't come crashing down. Was a little disappointed that the first time my son bit at the side he instantly left marks and it looks like the stain had been removed. We put covers over the railings and since then everything has been good.

Beautiful crib

Absolutely love this crib! It’s very rustic, which is exactly the style we love. It was easy to assemble, and feels very sturdy and well made. It definitely has some areas on the paint that look like it could be damaged, but i believe it’s the style of the set. It’s meant to look rustic and like wood not cleanly painted. We have the whole matching set and we love the look of the furniture!

Defective Crib Rail & Even Worse Customer Service

I debated whether or not to write this review, as I tried to give BuyBuyBaby the benefit of the doubt. We purchased this set and it is absolutely beautiful. Timely delivery. The pieces are great... except for the front rail would not attach to the crib. I attempted emailing both the manufacturer and BBB MULTIPLE times to no avail. I emailed BBB on three different occasions and after zero attempt on their part to respond I called the customer service line. I have since called customer service on three different occasions, been given 3 different “reference” numbers and STILL do not have a crib rail. I was told they couldn’t give me a tracking number, just the reference number. Each time... a completely different reference number. It’s extremely frustrating because I am now due in just a few weeks and have been having this issue for three months with them. The pieces are beautiful, but DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM BUY BUY BABY. Extremely disappointed in the customer service altogether.

Perfect for our nursery!

This was one of the only cribs I loved when I saw it in the store. I was a little nervous to purchase it based on the negative reviews about it arriving damaged from delivery but the crib arrived in perfect condition. Very easy to put together, sturdy and the perfect color for our baby boy's nursery!

Westwood Design Westfield 4-in-1 Convertible Crib

This 4-in-1 crib is absolutely beautiful, and beyond our expectations!! It's sturdy, well-built, and a beautiful piece of furniture!! We love it, and we actually received it earlier than anticipated, which worked out very well for us. I would highly recommend this crib!

Terrible service damaged product

We ordered crib it was delivered broken we paid for set up which never happened about 30 calls to service two hour wait ion phone each time numerous emails finally got answer. We were told to start return process from app which tells us we have to call same number that has hours of wait time. You have 500 dollars if our money we have a smashed crib that we can’t get taken care of. Tried returning to store with proof of purchase they said we could not return it that way. We have pictures of how it was delivered by you it’s horrible. We will be filing complaint with better business as we cannot get help from this company. I want my money back for the horrible crib that was delivered. That crib in that box should have never left warehouse the screws and all were in glade bags it was returned to you once before damaged. This has been going on for 4 weeks. I am so disappointed in your company. The worst part is my niece received 3 different items from her list delivered to her damaged. I need my money back to get a crib for this baby.

1000000% satisfied!

We shopped in store, and we were lucky enough to get the last one in stock! It was such an easy set up, and it is super sturdy! It has such a beautiful, farmhouse finish! It was beautiful in store, but it didn’t compare to how much personality it brought to my daughters nursery!

Love it!

We received this crib and put it together and absolutely love the way it looks. It seems to be nice and sturdy and was easy to put together. Our little one still has a few months before they arrive, but I couldn't wait to purchase this and get the nursery set up.

Love the set & easy to assemble

We love the design of the furniture set and simple to assemble the crib. The dresser comes assemble. We were able to pick up the set from the store and it fit great in an open bed truck, glad we could avoid the extra shipping cost. Originally it was going to take 4-6 weeks to come in, but arrived after 1 week!

Adorable Crib

My husband and I love this crib & nursery furniture set -- plus very sturdy! We couldn't wait to get everything set up! I believe the directions on how to assemble the crib were on the mattress spring in an envelope if you can't find them too! :)

California 65 Prop Warning

Just wanting to advise other parents that this crib does come with the California 65 Prop Warning. The warning states the crib “possibly” contains chemicals that can cause birth defects, cancer, and reproductive harm. Was quite upsetting when we received it. Really wish we would have known this before spending almost $600 on a crib that can “possibly” increase our child’s risk of getting cancer due to chemical harm.

Beautiful & Great Quality Crib

I can’t answer or comment on other reviews, but I can definitely give you my experience with putting this crib together. It was easy, directions were clear, and screws fit correctly. The crib is very sturdy and heavy! Make sure you have 2 strong people to lift it up. We live in a 3 story condo, so it was challenging carry it up the stairs. Overall, great purchase, farmhouse style, distressed wood, and the color white wash is really nice.
