I unboxed the gnome old couple, the statue arrived without a mark, crack, or dent on it. It looked just like the online photo. It completely met my expectations. It arrived as scheduled, except it was delivered to the wrong address by FedEx. After some effort on my part with FedEx online via phone, the error was corrected, I received it the next day, FedEx apologized for the error. ¡Muchas Gracias!
