I see that the WHED 20 system is no longer available. I do hope you won't be discontinuing the cartridges anytime soon. Do you have any feedback on that?

Replacement Filters

Need to buy these proprietary filters for my under-sink filter system. They're overpriced but I cannot find a generic equivalent.

Only one filter works!!

I gave this 2 stars because only one of the filters is operating properly. We have been using these replacement filters for many many years and this is the first one to fail to operate properly. Very disapointed!

Outstanding Water Filtration System

This filtration system works very efficiently and thoroughly. At the time we change the dual filters, the stage one filter has a lot of sand and other particles in it. This system protects us from consuming dirty water.

Harder to turn into place

Have used these replacement filters for several years. Each time we replace, they are more difficult to screw into the holder and result in water running all over the cabinet. They used to turn and lock in with one twist, now they require force to hold and at the same time turn to lock in place.

Filters barely last me 2 1/2 months.

Trying to find these filters at a reasonable price is impossible. Started purchasing the filters three years ago around $30 dollars and now they can cost around $75 dollars and they still only last around 2 1/2 months and not the 6 months they are rated at. The company will stand by on the statement that it depends on where you’re located and how clean your water is to begin with. Such garbage like this is not what makes loyal customers. Show your customers the respect and LOWER your prices!
