Great AC. Great size easy setup. Does a good job keeping my roomliving room cold. Not the best if you’re expecting it to cool your whole home.

Drain tank fills up quickly in our climate (West coast BC, Canada). Need to setup a drain hose to a bucket or some other way of taking the water away. A bit loud, but that was expected for a portable AC like this.

Attaching the hose is a bit tricky, otherwise it's a great AC unit.

Perfect for our "Heat Dome" It was for my elderly grandparents and they say it was exactly what they needed.

This air conditioner works great, never had an issue with it. However, I give it 4 stars because it is pretty noisy.

Super Cold! I have had for about a year now and is holding up great !

This is the loudest small ac weve ever encountered! The unfortunate part is that we bought it for the bedroom. The plastic vibrates like crazy and creates an inconsistent rattle that is like anti-white noise and extremely nerve rattling. Weve wrapped the AC in tape, which does quiet the rattle, but its never truly gone.

Good quality and fine cooling for our medium sized bedroom.
