I finally got to use the tent on Halloween and it felt sturdy when pulling it out of the bag, but it was all down hill. I notice there was a bolt missing. Then when I set the tent up it was a little lop sided. I took the tent down and it snapped in 3 different joints. Not a good thing to have happen at an event.

his canopy was soooo easy to put up. I did it with three grandchildren. I know it says two people could do it, but by having two teenagers and a 10 year old and myself on each corner, it went up in under ten minutes.

I tried a lot of tents, and this tent was the best quick and easy assembly, holds strong even in a windy day.

Easy set up , works as it should . My only gripe is that the stitching for one of the Velcro pieces is coming undone so it pulls . And the stitching on the handle is doing the same so I don’t use the convenient carry handles which makes it a pain to move

good quality of material. the tent has been up for 2 weeks and wind has been strong. i have it down to the ground with the 6 sticks and rocks on top of the sticks and it hasn't gone out of its place. at first it was a bit challenging to brig the top part up, but with strength it went up and clicked. good tent overall for a reasonable price.

Tent is great so far. Have taken it up and down 4 times. We play travel baseball so it’s used for fans or the boys. The bag it comes in is absolute garbage though. On wheel has ripped off. Handle has broken. Hopefully the tent holds up better than the bag has so far.

Easy assemble. Comes with black bag and wheels. My guy had it up and down within minutes with one other person helping. We got a great deal on this tent, using it for lots of family and friend events. I recommend it.

The tent itself seems to be made well, but when I opened it up, I noted that one of the nylon foot pieces on one of the poles was broken, and also one of the foot pieces on the bag was broken; apparently they broke during shipping. I’m very handy and rather than return the whole tent to Home Depot (and risk getting another broken one), I’m in the process of contacting Gigatent for some replacement pieces. Sent emails to them yesterday and Friday but haven’t heard back from them yet. I will save this “review” request email from Home Depot so that I can hopefully write a customer service update if I hear back from Gigatent.
