We bought it but never tried it. We sent it back knowing that we needed something more.

It's a nit nosey but it dose cool the room. and good thing i don't have to empty any water tank.

we bought two of these units. One is still working....the other had to be returned as it stopped working correctly.....After FOUR calls to Black and Decker, and THREE months later, we STILL have not received the replacement unit!!! So they have our A/c unit, and we have received no refund or a new unit! AWFUL SERVICE!!! Also, no phone number for Wayfair to help resolve this issue.
