A less expensive alternative to (the virtually same item from) Eaton or Leviton.

My reason for choosing this switch was to combine two fan switches in a remodeled bathroom. But do to problems, I was unable to combine the wires fan wires. Otherwise the switch paired well with the other light switch I added.

I needed to replace a worn out switch just like this one and was able to find this one online. I headed to the store so that I could get it immediately. The strange thing was that this exact switch is found near the bathroom fans instead of in the electrical aisle along with other switches. This one, however, is quite a bit cheaper than the ones in the electrical aisle and I was happy to find it. It was installed right away and works great.

The only “complaint” I have is flipping them on is basically a hairline trigger. It’s very easy to turn on, but off is a tad bit on the heavy side. That’s why I put parentheses over complaint. It’s not a deal breaker. It’s just kind of annoying when I have it next to an outlet and plugging anything in or out flips the switch. Other than that, no other issues.
