Assembly diagrams are vague, at best.

Came Unassembled

I wouldn't have wasted my time and money if I had known how difficult it would be to assemble this. It turned into a nightmare

It came unassembled, so it still sits in its package. Useless to me!

Looks impeccable but very hard to assemble. The diagram in the instructions was difficult to follow. The diagrams provided were not clear and there were steps that were not included in the instructions. I had to do a lot of trial and error to figure out the correct part and the correct side to use.

Bad product

No hanging rack to hang your files from. It's basically 3 desk drawers, but doesn't work as a filing cabinet. 1/10. Would not recommend.

Missing parts

Pleased with wood finish on the cabinet. Missing parts. I contacted the manufacturer as instructed on the enclosed literature. No response. Had to order another one - after I paid to have the cabinet assembled. Had to reorder the cabinet.

Will not actually hold files

Does not actually hold files even though “file cabinet” is in the name. There are no hanging bars to hold files. I could not find any hanging file insert to purchase that would fit the drawer and allow me to actually use it for it intended purpose. Also the screws and pre drilled holes do not line up well. Drawers stick. Feels cheap. Just an all around poor item.

NOT a file cabinet!!

All pieces arrived...but one pice was cracked and the two wheels with licks on them the lock tabs were broken off. Decided I wasn't going to roll it so continued assembly. Once done looked at drawers and measured bottom...NOPE...not large enough for hanging file folders. AND...the drawers only open 2/3 of the way. Instructions were terrible...if my hubby was not experienced we would never have been able to assemble. Beware.

Very hard to put together and looks cheap. I was disappointed.

Nice color and good size

It’s very small, good enough to fit under a regular size desk. Ordered for my home office as I am working from. Has a nice look and i love how it matches my desk also bought at overstock.

Bottom Drawer does not fit files!!

This is not a file cabinet. The bottom drawer they advertise to hold files, doesn't even fit a letter sized folder without a hanging file. We had to put our files in without the hanging files, and we also had to put them the vertical direction as opposed to the horizontal, because it was such a tight fit. This is a terrible file drawer. We are very disappointed.

Really nice, but there's one thing...

Really lovely piece and the casters are very helpful. The only thing to be aware of it the FILE DRAWER is not wide enough for standard hanging file holders! I am using without holders because I don't have much, but that will be an issue for a lot of people.
