Nice remote but it is not as well made as the original which is more solid also this one doesn’t have the reverse button that the original had but it does the job.

Had to return remote because it was not original equipment & required some kid of adapter & seemed like more trouble than it was worth.

Funny thing happened, we have four of the 52" Hampton Bay Fans along with their remotes. Did not know that the dip switch could be changed to match the fan. Two of the fans had the same codes, so while one turned off/on the fan in one room, it would do the opposite in the other. Thought we had a ghost - ha! ha! Svc Tech informed us that we needed to open both the fan and the remote and change to whatever we wanted, as long as other fans did not have the same code - easy enough. Anyways, all is good and running smooth - yeah!

The remote did not work with the Hampton Bay outdoor ceiling fan purchased with it. Will do a return.

Easy set up - fairly easy installation. Works great !

This remote is basic but works great, and, is compatible with the 9050H wall mounted remote, allowing both wall and remote control of the module installed in the fan shroud. The 9050H is powered by the same A23 battery....even though it could have been designed to draw power from the AC wires in the light switch box.

It's easy to use and gets the job done.

Easy to setup to my fan which works great when relaxing in the patio area. Very convenient

It had to be returned because, even though it appeared as “Those who bought the fan, also bought this remote.” an electrician is needed to connect to a fan that isn’t a Hampton Bay.

Would not work. There was not enough room to put the transmitter in the ceiling fan. Very disappointed.

This controller works well but the remotes wear out quickly and you can’t buy them separately; you have to pay for an unneeded control unit too.

This remote works great. It a supplement to one that came with my fan and a second. I needed an additional one for convenience - there is one downstairs, one in the upstairs hallway and one in my bedroom.

Works on Hunter just like my other one.

The specs didn’t match my original unit.
