What a stupid design with the open top, toys, fingers and cheerio trap for a kids room, returning this today

Dimplex Baseboard Heaters

Bought 9 heaters a few years ago. Installed with 2 wifi remote control. Dimplex just discontinued the the app so there is no remote control now. These base boards will not work with any other wifi controller. Thousand of dollar down the drain. Need a totally different system. It should be illegal what they did!!!!!!!! Shame on you.

Great heater

Heater works great. It was easy to install including attaching thermostat to heater. A very good product and worth the money.

No thermostat included

The specifications for this product do not mention that a thermostat needs to be purchased for it to work. This should be made very clear. I needed a unit to add to my existing set which are controlled by a wall-mounted Connex device. Now I have to return it and pay twice as much for the "smart" version!

Electric baseboard heater

I was searching for a portable heater and didn’t realize this was an electric heater that has to be installed. How do I return it?

Looks good.

Easy to install and looks good. We will have to buy a larger one though as this was two small to heat a large bedroom. Worked good in the small bedroom though.

Great heater. Well worth the money

This heater is amazing. I have it in my hallway and it has the ability to heat my whole house by Ireland which saves me tons of money on electricity so it practically pays for itself after the long run. Well worth the money for sure!!!!

Good heater, but it could be better

Installation is difficult, because the plastic spacers are hard to hold in place at the rear of the unit. Also, the instructions are too brief. The wiring diagram needs more explanation. For example, the unit has two black wires, but the wires coming from the wall are black and red. This should be explained. Regarding the heater itself, the top grille should be finer, to prevent items from falling in. On the other hand, it's convenient to have a 1000 watt heater that's so compact.

Great heater

I bought two of these about 2 months ago. They were easy to install and they work well. Nice compact unit that takes up little space at a good price. Delivered on time and as promised.

I have used a few of these products of different wattages. They work excellent and are very easy to install. They can be wired from either end with ease.

Dimplex LC baseboard

What can you say when a product is perfect in every way? It installs easily -- you don't have to disassemble it to screw it into the wall the way some other makes force you to. But what really stands out about the Dimplex LC electric baseboard heater is its curved design, and outstanding fit and finish. It doesn't look cheap. In fact, it actually looks stylish. I was the purchaser and installer on this job, so I cannot review this as the end user. But I will choose this product whenever I need to install electric baseboard heat, as it goes in easily and it looks great. I cannot think of any way to improve upon it.
