Hirsch file cabinet

The file cabinet is great so far. The delivery experience less so; confusing. The receipt from Cymax said delivery speed was "White Glove Bronze." Despite several calls to both Cymax and Pilot (the delivery co.), I never got an answer on what this meant. Pilot said the delivery was standard, meaning just to the front door. I was willing to pay more to get the item up front steps, into my house, and up stairs. But neither Cymax nor Pilot ever called me back on this. The delivery ended up being only one person who had to leave the cabinet at the bottom of my front porch. I had to hire help to get it into the house. I recommend the cabinet, not the delivery experience.
