Rack arrived promptly, but in many pieces that were tedious to assemble. I bought this for its ability to easily collapse and store. This flexibility makes it not as sturdy for heavy sweater drying. It has worked fine for lightweight drying.
Wished I Would Have Purchased Sooner
I LOVE this product. Came upon it by accident searching for something else and so glad I did. It is exactly what I needed. I wish I would have found out about this item sooner, but now I use it several times a week. I might even purchase another one.
Not real sturdy but very handy to have
I have this and like that it will fold away. It could be more sturdy though and I broke one of the bottom support, so now I have to make sure I have a small (maybe quart size) can under it. If they come out with a different, more sturdy design I sure will get one.
Durable & easy to use
Very easy to use
I like having 5 net shelves to put sweaters on. The part that makes the rack easy to fold is a little loose so the net is a little loose sometimes too. I like the way it folds up so it can be stored in a small space. I just bought it and have used it once. I would definitely recommend buying it to others.
missing pieces, way too much work to build
doesn’t even come with directions, it’s a pain in the behind to put together. also didn’t even come with the wheels, so that defeats the purpose of the “rolling” aspect. it’s not worth the $20-$30 saving of putting together - buy a better product already built from somewhere else
Hard to put together
I think it’s going to work well, but assembly was a project. I’ve had IKEA furniture that was easier to put together! This required a screwdriver, pliers, and 30 minutes to assemble.
Only buy this if fully assembled - totally waste
I have been utterly frustrated and confused by lack of assembly instructions. There is a sheet with letters for each type and number of parts, then only poor quality back a white “serial assembly” drawings … with skipped steps and impossible to decipher - a huge, huge pain and total waste of time an efforts.! I’d like them to come and pick up the uncompleted wreck!
Folds up nicely
Was sent a previously returned item but no parts were missing. Assembly instructions are not the greatest but manageable. Note that part C is the one that is slightly longer than all the parts B.
Missing steps in instructions
I gave it a 3 because the instructions are absolutely terrible. Whoever designed the instructions should step down from their position and do something they are more qualified to do. Once I figured out the missing steps I got it together, haven’t used it yet, so hopefully it stays together…. From what I can tell right now is the mesh might be too loose to keep clothes straight when drying.
It was a bit of a pain to assemble, and the fabric is a little flimsy. However I think it will serve the purpose I need it for.
Works great for drying multiple sweaters at once.
Parts missing/sent me a returned item
Parts were missing for me too and the box I got was definately a return. It even says so on the box. I'm returning it and decided to go with one of the stackable PVC ones that comes completely apart for storage. Although the idea of being able to fold this up was what prompted me to buy it, I'm afraid of it taking up too much room even folded.
Good but takes up space
Works great for sweaters or other items that need to lay flat. Directions to put it together aren't great. Takes up a lot of space folded. Your cat will like it too.
Great purchase, good luck building
It was definitely one of the most annoying things I’ve had the build but I did it. The manual also sucks compared to ikea, they straight up combine steps and why is part C called part C if it’s the same piece as part B *facepalm*. These engineers and UX designers at honey can do got work to do! They didn’t even tell me they included a mini wrench for the wheels (I discovered AFTER hand turning 2 of them). Images r super unclear too. But now that it’s built, definitely a great purchase :)
Parts missing AGAIN!!
I would like to be able to review this item but since I have ordered it twice and both times there were parts missing I still haven't actually been able to put it together or use it. What is aggravating is that both boxes had obviously been opened and returned before (probably for missing parts) and yet Target sent them to me with them open and with parts missing. I am going to return the second order today and purchase from another company. I really like Target and I am very disappointed in them.
A big, fat zero.
I will never know if this works because the assembly instructions are impossible. I even tried their Utube video and it didn't help. The ones that come with the product look like chicken scratch and are just as informative. I dumped the whole mess in the garbage.
Crappy item
Crappy item. It has more than 40 assembly parts and does not collapse for storage. In addition to return the item costs as much as the item itself. Overstock has lost my business. Don’t waste your time.

Disappointment
Do not recommend. Comes in small box with multiple pieces and poorly packaged. Individual bags not sealed, and box arrived damaged so multiple screws/bolts and nuts for assembly are missing. The product itself might be great, but poor packaging prevents me from being able to assemble in the first place.
