Not happy with it I want to send it back how do I send back I want to get the windows one for the price it doesn't cool my work room goog

Excellent for cooling our bedroom!

Nice and modern looking. Takes up little space and has been doing an excellent job since we started using it.

Might be fine for an appartment bed room in a well insulated house,but it really struggles to pull down -even 10deg lower- in a doublewide trailer bedroom here in Florida.

Terrible

Not cool at all. I have 4 portable air conditioners and this one is terrible.

Package never arrived

I usually refrain from leaving poor reviews, however, under the circumstance that UPS dropped the ball on my package %26 it was never picked up - This seller took 3 weeks to provide any updates on my order or option to resolve my issue %26 only provided me with said option when I had issued a refund. All in all, if you want to be cool this summer or warm in the winter, i would avoid this seller as your package may never come %26 have your funds tied up for 3 weeks before you can repurchase from a new seller.

Doesn’t really cool my bedroom space like I hoped. Will eventually have to buy another air conditioner.

Cools quickly

Brilliant unit

I chose the size based on the size of my bedroom and it does a great job of cooling it down so I can sleep for the shift work I do. It was easy to set up and the controls are easily understandable

I was expecting a little more from this a/c unit, it did cool down my bedroom, but you really have to have it blowing. I was hoping it would cool down my whole apartment. It is perfect if you just need it for one room.

Works great for small bedrooms!

I have a fairly small bedroom and so far it’s done really well to keep it cool. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that it needs to drain pretty much constantly if you live in a humid area. I had to put it on top of a dresser so that the drain hose could go out my window.

Arrived Broken

Shipping was fast and on time but the unit was pretty damaged when unboxed.

Well, wish I could leave a positive review regarding its performance. Waited the 24 hours to turn on and all it did was blow warm air on the AC setting. Let it run for an hour and it continued to blow warm air regardless of the temperature setting.

Received a defective product.

We got a dud and couldn’t return because we’re past the 30 day policy by a few days. We were on vacation and didn’t get to start using the unit until recently. We only used the unit for less than an hour when it started vibrating and making a loud noise. We called Macy’s to explain the situation but they said no. Make it right with your customers with excellent account history. This is my last purchase from Macy’s. Awful experience.

It’s great! I love that it cools my room down.

Portable ac unit did not work out of the box, now I must take it to the store for a return.

Works well for our bedroom , good so far . Is much quieter tha our older one.
