The piece was perfect for what I wanted and it’s not made of that cheap wood very sturdy.

Horrible customer service

I purchased this item and a couple of the boards were broke. I figured I could fix them and proceeded to build. I then realized I was missing 2 of the hardware parts. Part p were screws with sizes so I wasn’t concerned but part o was a door guider and all I had was a picture to go by. I tried finding them without success so I reached out to SINCIDO as their customer support was horrible. Wanted an order number from their website but I did not buy from their website. After a ton of back and forth I gave up. They gave me such a hard time over two small metal pieces that cost probably $3.00. Lost out on me purchasing more of their products as I couldn’t finish assembling this piece and was looking for matching sets so I had to go in another direction. Be very cautious when buying this brand!
