The base is very nice however you have to “put together” the lampshade. What a mess!! I don’t know if I can use another lampshade because the mechanism of the base is unusable.

These lamps are even prettier than the picture but I had to return them because the switch didn’t work correctly. I got two of these lamps and they both flickered on and off if the switch or the lamp was moved. I loved them so was disappointed that they didn’t work.

If you love Brass - you won't like this lamp.

Bought two. Nice weight, seems sturdy. Easy to assemble, for one person, even the shade. It is about 5 inches taller than I planned (!). Like the switch being up on the lamp, did not want a floor switch. The disappointing part is the "brass" color. In that photo it appears rich and warm, "gold" - but in fact has a "greenish" tinge for lack of a better description. :( I didn't expect real brass for $*** but at least expected the photo to be accurate colorwise. So this may become a donation...

The first lamp came on time but there was a wrong part for the shade. We sent the lamp back as requested and overstock sent us a new one that is perfect. The lamp is beautiful and very easy to put together. Overstock is very reputable company and I will continue to buy from them. Lucille Twachtman

I love this lamp! It arrived a day earlier than promised, and was well packaged to protect the contents. I was hesitant to use a “put it together yourself” shade, but it was easy to do and looks great. The lamp is heavy and substantial and fits in our decor. I’d buy it again.

I am very pleased with my purchase of this Brass Floor Lamp. It looks great in my living room. It was easy to put together with the instructions provided. The lamp and shade were a little bigger than I expected but I love how it looks. It is a substantial-looking addition to the room. So far this lamp works very well. It provides ample light for reading or working. The brass goes quite well with other furniture. I am quite pleased.

Hi, Everyone. My beautiful brass floor lamp was delivered this afternoon via UPS. Assembly was very easy. I read the easy to understand instructions. This should come as no surprise, Walmart delivered my lamp before the projected date. That makes me happy because when I order from Walmart online, I am ready and eager to have in my home, the product I'm ordering. This lamp fits well in my livingroom in the space I allotted. It is outstanding. The price of $74.99 plus tax, is quite reasonable. I love it.

This is literally my dream lamp. Looks so beautiful, nice and heavy, and easy to assemble. The lamp shade is the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, some of the clips were broken before I even put it together. Thankfully the velcro holds it together enough, but still.
