Box arrived damaged in several

Box arrived damaged in several places, part torn off… have not yet received a way to return it!! It’s not lightweight so I didn’t remove it from the box. I would just love to return this ! Please help.

My contractor prefers this to HIS ladder

This was feeling like an indulgent aesthete purchase - I looked online for a used one before buying and... there’s a reason they are hard to find. It looks great, is lightweight, holds steady, is easy to move and stands on its own - full upright, no leaning against a wall required. Not long after it arrived I found my contractor using it instead of his old school tried and true utility ladder: “this thing is great.” If you’re wondering too: Yes. Worth it.

The best ladder

This ladder definitely lives up to the hype. Incredibly light, sturdy, well thought through. The price point is steep, but it is worth in my opinion.

I came across a Hasegawa step stool at an estate sale a couple of years ago and have since regretted not scooping it up (for only $60 too, ughh!). However, when I moved into a new house with very high cabinets, I took it as sign to invest in a Hasegawa ladder. I am in love. I use it everyday and love the look of it in my kitchen. I purchased the yellow color. Definitely a steep price tag, but if you are willing to spend extra on this piece, you won't regret it.

見た目がおしゃれで、以前にこちらのブラックを購入しましたが、色違いでホワイトも購入しました。安定感があり、脚立としての機能もバッチリですが、たたんで置いておく際もシンプルでとても良いと思います。

This is one of the most useful things I’ve ever owned, and it’s beautifully designed. Yes, expensive for a stepladder, but in a small apartment you don’t have to find yet another storage spot because it slips in anywhere or is nice enough to leave out. I previously owned one which I had to leave overseas and it is still going strong ten years after I bought it. Worth every cent!

Very steady! At 82, I feel confident while using it. It is also light enough for me to carry from place to place.

I needed a step stool that was good looking when folded as it is stored in view and this fit the bill. I kind of wish I had splurged for the three step because it has a handrail. The lower step is a bit narrow and stepping down feels precarious. The top step is nice and wide and feels secure. There was a small ding in one of the legs even though the shipping box was in perfect condition. I realize it's a step ladder and is bound to get a little beat up but disappointing to have it pre-dinged at $215.

The most special step stool.

This step-stool is so well designed. It ducks away inside the door of my closet. The stool unfolds with ease and using the sprung bar under the step it easily collapses with one hand.
