Impossible to get accessory kit to get them to flush mount. Not sure if they sell this light that they do not also sell the accessory kit in the store. Spent hours trying to find someone to get me this answer. I returned the item.

It's fairly easy to install, thin, and not heavy. A lot easier to put in then the old fluorescent one I took out. And it produces a very even, bright light. I did not use the dimmer function (which uses separate wires).
People are excellent, treated well and very knowledgeable
