I like the product but don't need to buy a new one, I need to buy the plastic clip to keep the filter in. Why don't you have these to purchase? It would be worth 5 stars if I got get the clip.

Love the crock, hate the lid

I love the crock and bin - HATE the lid. It's the worst design ever, the top pull won't stay put and is constantly pulling out, and I can't purchase a replacement? Why not? Do I have to super glue thing so it's operational?

Great design, heavy ceramic base with removable plastic insert. No leaks or smells. Much prefer this one to the metal types we have used in the past.

Love this compost bin, Hate that I can't get a replacement bucket.

We've had the ceramic compost bin for over 5 years and love it. It's the perfect size to be able to leave on our countertop and the filter works great at eliminating odors. The only problem is that our green liner bucket has cracked, and I cannot find a replacement option for it. It's currently being patched with heavy-duty water-sealing tape. Since the rest of the bin is in perfect working order, I'm loathe to purchase a new unit in order to get a fresh liner bucket. On reading the reviews, I see I am not alone and that the company has refused to comment on these specific requests. Please provide a replacement liner bucket option.

Need to replace bucket

This is my favorite compost bin! I’ve tried many. However, I cannot continue using it now that the bucket cracked! I won’t re-buy the whole set. Will you please sell replacement buckets?! Thank you!

Love the Bin -- Need a New Plastic Bucket

We've been using ours for years -- it's attractive, easy to keep clean, and just the right size. Sadly, my last trip out to dump the compost I dropped the plastic bucket and seriously cracked it. For now, I've taped and glued it but I really need a new bucket.

This composted is perfect size. So clean looking and modern. Love the filtered top so it can be emptied every few days without any smell!

It is cute on my counter and keep things from smelling. I like that it isn't big as it doesn't take much space and I think it is good to empty it daily, to avoid odors. I learned the hard way not to use compostable bags, as they disintegrated too quickly, and the food scraps broke through! Wish they had a link to order stronger compostable bags and more charcoal filters. I didn't see one!

Looks better in kitchen than most other similar products. Great quality and just the right size.

This is the greatest little countertop composter ever! I love the removable pail and the fact that it is DW safe. I have it in a corner - and it's so easy to use. Showed it off on NYE and everyone liked how compact and cute it was. It also arrived quickly --- and SO WELL PACKED. There was zero chance that something was getting damaged. Great product and highly recommend.

Separate Green Bucket, Please?

I love the compost bin and have used it for years; it's the perfect size for my small countertops! I want to second Colleen's and Julie's comments about purchasing a green bucket replacement separately. My bucket has gotten old and a bit smelly and I'd love to replace it without buying a whole new bin.

Nice enough to leave on the kitchen counter where it is SO useful. the ceramic is very classy. The odor filter really works. This was a great purchase.

Love this and use it daily. It holds a lot more than it looks like it would from the outside and it looks nice on the counter. The quality is also very nice and looks as good today as it did when i bought it 6 months ago

Counter compost bin.

I love my counter compost bit and have had it for many years. I can fill it over a couple of days and then only need to make one trip to my compost outside. The charcoal filters have been fabulous for keeping the kitchen smelling fresh. I would love to be able to buy the green insert buckets as my original has become hard to clean and the plastic is staining? Is there a way to just buy the green buckets please?

I'm very happy with this purchase. The design and materials are both modern and sophisticated and the sprout handle makes me smile every time I look at it. It's on the small side, so I have to empty it every day or so, but I don't mind. Emptying more frequently keeps it odor and fruit fly free.
