Light works well but the dusk to dawn feature does not. You have to shine a bright light such as a flashlight right on it for it to turn off even open windows or direct overhead lights do not turn it off.

These small nightlites are great for small outlet areas. In dark areas they do stay on all the time. I put several of these in and can reduce my use of regular lights as a result.

Very dim

I thought these would be nice to have in our bathroom to help see without turning on a light, but they are too dim. Have one in hallway and one in bathroom to help navigate in the dark, but they are not bright enough for that.

LED gets dim within a year

I like the overall concept of this light. The sensor can face either up or down, and output can be directed 360 degrees so I've purchased several 2-packs in recent years. However, light output degrades over time so that in a year, you notice the light is on but is so dim you cannot see anything else in the room. A lesser complaint is that they actually pull more power when the LED of OFF than ON because it's a cheap circuit. Less than a Watt, yes, but still disappointing.

Just what I was looking for - really like the look and how it directs the light. Adds just enough light to avoid stumbling around in the dark. I live in a 900 sq. ft. 2-bedroom apartment, so I have one for each bedroom and 1 at each end of the living room/dining room. Two thumbs up.

The Directional Soft White LED Plug-In White Night Lights with Automatic Dusk to Dawn seem to be well made and are a great concept, but I am disappointed that they are so dim. I was planning to use these lights to replace some of the LED night lights scattered throughout our house that are always On, but these lights are much dimmer than the existing lights. I don’t know how much power an LED light consumes, but the dusk-to-dawn feature should save at least a little on power consumption.

Pretty useless

Gave these a try after having a $2 incandescent night light die after only a few months. These aren't very bright and exhibit that high frequency flicker that some LEDs have. Kind of like a dying fluorescent? It would be nice to have an on/off switch, as these remain on almost all day in an upstairs hallway that doesn't receive much sunlight, so I have to unplug these during the day and plug them in every night which is incredibly frustrating. Absolutely do not recommend.

I have several areas in my home that require turning on a light when I enter a room and these little gems make it so that I don't necessarily have to do that if I'm just putting something away or removing something from that area. It's nice to be able to go into a room and not have to turn on overhead lights if you have 2 or 3 of these little lights placed strategically around the room.

[Rewarded Review] Nifty nightlights

We already had one of these and have enjoyed it so much that I decided to order more. They are so easy to use. Just plug them into any outlet. There is no on-off switch because the light has a dusk-to-dawn sensor to turn on and off the light when it is most needed. It also swivels a bit (maybe 190 degrees at most) so that you can adjust it to shine in the direction you want it to go.

These small LED night lights are a great for any area that needs a little light to illuminate an other dark area. The light unit is small so it doesn't interfere with the second plug in a standard duplex outlet and the rotating head allows you to direct the light to best suit the area based on the location of the outlet. The light output is enough to illuminate a small bathroom, bedroom, or hallway to allow you to navigate the area without requiring the full light that the room lights with provide. The units feature a light sensor so they only turn on when the room is dark. The light output is a soft-white light and they are cool to the touch.

I couldn’t wait to try out this great little pair of LED nightlights when they arrived. They are encased in sleek, unobtrusive white plastic and plug directly into the wall socket so they can be moved to many locations around the house. The soft white LED light is activated by a light sensor on the housing. They do indeed remain on from “dusk to dawn” as indicated on the packaging. If you place them in a dark hall, however, they will remain on indefinitely. I think their most interesting and useful feature is the 360 degree directional head. You can spin the head to point the light exactly where you want it. That’s a great improvement over the classic bulb nightlights we had before. These are a great little product to light your way.

[Rewarded Review] Warm white night light with 360 rotation

This set of nightlights has several nice features. They’re fairly low profile, feature a dusk-to-dawn sensor, and can be rotated a full 360 degrees. The rotation allows you to concentrate the light where you need it, down to the floor or up on the wall. With the small, round design, I plan on using them for travel. I just wish the plug would fold in for travel.

So here we have dusk to dawn, 360* directional LED Night Lights - just plugged them in and adjust the head where you want the light. With the 3k soft white LED you get light without 'glowing' the room full of light. We use them as a guide lights as much as night light to have a bit of light down low to see.

[Rewarded Review] Great lights.

These little lights are perfect and look so much better than the ones with a bulb and shield. They aren't too bright; just perfect for dark hallways, etc. An even better feature is that the swivel 360 degrees so the light can be concentrated where it is most needed. As advertised, they go on when it is dark and stay on until there is ambient light. I don't know about durability or lifespan as I just received them a week ago.

PRIVATE BRAND UNBRANDED Directional Soft White plug in, dusk to dawn. The plug in only takes up one outlet of a duplex unlike others that my cover the second outlet. The plug in can be used for up light or down light. It produces a bright white glow that softly illuminates the area around the plug in. The dusk to dawn feature is really a light sensor that turns the plug in off in bright light and on in a darkened room. The package contains two nightlights with 3000K soft white light. These are very useful in a bathroom when getting up during the night without turning on a harsh light. The can also be used to light a dark hallway to improve safety in the home. The plugin has a stylish design and is compact enough so it does not intrude into the space or distract from the outlet. The white plastic should blend with most décor.

Automatic dusk to dawn directional LED night light set of 2 . A 360 degree head allows you to direct the light where you need it, photo sensor is very sensitive and works as soon as there is not enough light and comes on automatically . Each light puts out 4 lumens at a 3000K color temperature and a nice soft light. Light output is 0.3 watts and plugs into a 120 volt receptacle. White plastic finish and is maintenance free with no bulb to change. I used one of these in my powder room as it lights up enough so you don't need to turn a bright light on when it's dark to use the powder room . Great little lights. I do like them.

A great night light

I had bought the old version years ago and that was a good night light. This is the updated version and I’m actually surprised of how much improved it is. The light sensor is much more sensitive and bigger so it shuts off the light with a little daylight.
