Customer service was good. Item shipped timely. Item was exactly what I expected.

Not great seal

These are a replacement for mine that needed a new gasket. They are a new design and though they are nice looking, the seal is very bad. You cannot pick up by the top even a little or the top comes completely off even when it's popped down and supposed to be closed. The old design was much better.

Lid not tightly secured

The lid is not tightly secured when the button is pressed. I can remove it with no effort at all. The prior container that we had, which was an old 3 Qt container, had a much better lid on it - it was very secure.

Perfect fit

Although I found it, curious that the company was unable to supply me with just a lid that was missing from my purchase, I am very happy with the canister and accompany in lid. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

It was a gift for my sister (to replace one that fell from a shelf and broke) and she's very happy with her new one.

Round canister lid doesn’t seal properly

I’m a big fan of oxo products and this does not disappoint!

Right size

Great for all those specialty flours in smaller bags that don’t look neat in the cupboard.

Bad design

I do not particularly care for this design the lid does not stay on if you try to pick up the container the lid just comes off

Amazing containers!

I’m a personal organizer and swear by these containers. I have 25 or more in my house and use them for all of my clients. I haven’t had a complaint yet. Great product from an awesome company who delivers quality products time and time again!

Always a great experience

I received this as a replacement for a similar canister that had failed. The process was quick and easy to get the replacement, and I was happy to receive instructions as to how to disassemble the item for washing, and reassemble to make sure that it was secure. I am a 1000% fan of OXO. Thank you for your generous replacement policies, and for the fast and kind service. More companies should follow your lead.

Does not seal

I purchased a set of the round pop containers, and I am very unhappy. They do not seal tight. Once I close the lid and hit the pop up button to seal the container i can pull the lid right up. I have had baking goods go bad due to not sealing. I will not purchase these again not recommend them.

Nice storage container

This is 3 qt. canister is perfect for storing beans or similar products. We use it very often in our shop. The seal of the lid is perfect. We love it!
