Lovely, hand-made style bowls

We've been using the Everyday White dinnerware since we were married 17 years ago and switched to the Organic Everyday White line several years ago. Happy to report they hold up just as well while giving a more artisan, hand-crafted feel. Other reviewers complained about flaws in a way that makes me think they didn't understand these are meant to feel hand-made, like you bought them from a local potter. They are really lovely, highly recommend!

Not Happy

I bought these bowls to replace chipped "Everyday" bowls that we bought several years ago. The new bowls are the same size, however they are not round like the original bowls. The finish is not the same either. The new bowls are not manufactured the same way. I would return them, but we needed them.

Bowls looked like seconds

If I were the new Bed Bath & Beyond, I wouldn't want these bowls sent out to customers. They looked like seconds with misshaped circumferences, inconsistent heights, weird divets at the bottom edge, and unusually heavy weights. I initiated a return to find out it would cost me ~30% of the cost! This is not a user-friendly policy.

Sorry to Say:

I'm so very disappointed in these cereal bowls. I thought I was ordering a set of white porcelain to match the ones I've had for a number of years. Those have been strong, light, and beautiful. Instead these are heavy, thick, misshapen, and don't fit well in each other. The pictures looked like what i wanted, but the product is different.

Measurements must be off

Trying to get more of exactly what I already have. The height and diameter of what I already have are 2-1/2" and 6-1/4" just like advertised here but they only hold a little over 16 ounces. A 2-1/2" high and 6-1/4" diameter bowl can hold no more than a 2-1/2" high and 6-1/4" diameter cylinder and the volume of such a cylinder is 17 fluid ounces so either the linear dimensions or the volume capacity advertised here must be wrong

I was disappointed that they did not match my existing cereal bowls. They seem a little heavier and not exactly the same shape.

Careful packaging

Nothing to complain about or much to review. Bowls arrived very well packed (unlike similar products ordered from other retailers) .. it's obvious that Dillards takes great care with their product shipping. Very much recognized and appreciated .. thank you!

You delivered the wrong bowls altogether

I am not home right now to return them but the bowls you delivered are ugly enormous oblong heavy bowls, not the cereal bowls I ordered

Best Bowls Ever!!

I had bought just a couple of these bowls a few years ago and when I broke a few other type of bowls I went back to order more of these. They are the best and we love them. ❤️

I have been looking for soup/cereal bowls for a long time. I never realized it would be so difficult. These 4 white bowls will be great. I eat a lot of soup and they are perfect and a good brand as well. I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks.
