I received the item exactly as pictured. I am happy with it. I accidentally ordered two and immediately called and requested one be canceled. When I did not get my order I called and they said they canceled both. Then I was told I would get a reduced price because of the inconvenience because I had a plumber scheduled for that date and I had to rearrange my schedule. So when they reordered the think they charged me the full amount instead of the discounted amount that they had agreed to. So I had to call and explain it to the representative and try to get my discount. What a mess! I was so mad! What incompetence! I have spent so much money with your company lately that I should have not had to pay a dime for this!

When the sink arrived it was completely shattered, thankfully they refunded me but I had to purchase a sink elsewhere as I couldn’t wait any longer

I’m still in the building stage but, I’m sure the sink will be fine. It looks good, it will fit the countertop fine.

Value with imperfections

Both sinks came in well packed and on time. Both sinks had small straw mark imperfections in the glaze. Almost like hair in the porcelain. You have to look fairly hard to see them. But they are there. I would classify them as second quality.

I like the style and quality of the sink. The problem is I received one of the three I ordered. I called the company and was told I should receive the other two. They placed the order for two more and they should ship next week, is what they told me. The problem is, we needed them to be installed by this weekend. So, quality of the product is good but their inability to send the first time the entire order... not so good.
