Bought it last month. It’s very pretty and stylish. The delivery was quick. However, two bowls were damaged. The customer service was very polite and caring. The replacement bowls were sent same day!!! Got a replacement within a week! It’s an example of a perfect service! Very satisfied. Will definitely buy more from this wonderful company.

Love these bowls as part of my set. Great size for having breakfast in the morning or ice cream for dessert.

Arrived broken and without any “fragile” stickers on the outside of the box. Inexcusable negligence on the part of those packing and preparing to ship. Better to not risk receiving broken items. I plan to either purchase in store or go without any future additions to this brand ordering online..

Manoir cereal bowls

I love these pretty cereal bowls for fruit and yogurt and even as small soup dishes . They match the dinner and salad plates I have had for many years. Such a great product.

These cereal bowls are beautiful. Simple elegance. Just the right size -- capacity is 16oz to the rim, and that means it holds comfortably 12oz of food. Kudos to Macy's for perfect packaging. I ordered 4 of the bowls twice and not a single one had a problem. I have used Villeroy & Boch dinnerware for a couple of decades. Love the quality and beauty. This line of Manoir is great to mix and match my existing ones. I appreciate these are Made in Germany!

Subtle addition...

Purchased to use with Villeroy & Boch French Garden dinnerware. I love these because they are a nice accent with any set of dishes. A simple, pattern free, piece that can be a workhorse for any setting, even my vintage Lenox! I purchased 2 during a recent sale and love them.

Different Size!

I was surprised that these were a different size than our older cereal bowls. I think the color is slightly different, too. This will be OK for us, but if someone is interested in exactly the same size and same color.....

Perfect size and stylish

The Manoir dinnerware is beautiful. I love these cereal bowls because because they are the perfect size for breakfast cereal, fruit, soup, or ice cream.

Great sized, versatile, beautiful bowl!

Great bowl - we ended up ordering several more as the size is very versatile for food prep, as well as large individual salad servings. Beautiful and classic, slightly off-white in color as is the Manoir collection.

Cereal bowls misshapen

I ordered all the pieces, including serving pieces, mugs and cereal bowls. However, some of the cereal bowls are misshapen, same as vegetable bowls, and porcelain finish doesn’t come all the way down to the bottom, rough and dry feeling. I’m not sure why the bowls would be finished differently, but poor quality. Really torn about what to do. Can be hit or miss swapping them out.

European traditional style and quality

Beautiful, great quality, we bought the entire Manoir collection for 12 persons. Very traditional European look and size. We love the set.
