Good quality, soft, but not enough support for me.

Really nice quality, but a bit slippery and for me neither side was the correct size. I had to return, i really liked the softness of the mentor foam, but needed a bit more support. Might work for a small woman or for kids. Would be easier to manage in a standard size too.

Horrible.

The pillow came as a king size when the picture clearly indicated it was a standard size pillow. There were no dimensions on the ad, so when the pillow came, I could not keep it because it was too low. The return process has been onerous because you do not indicate that in order to do an online return I would need (1) to go to a superstore and (2) that I would need my order number. I've been to 2 stores (using precious gas) and still need to return it!!!

Great pillow

This is a great pillow. It is not too thick like other contour pillows ii have tried and the cooling gel works great! Be aware that this pillow is very long and needs a king pillow case as it doesn't fit in our pillow case that came woth the queen set.

Support for my neck; but narrow

I use a sculpted pillow because of my neck - whiplash has damaged some disks. This pillow is very narrow - it is working ok, but I wish it were wider. It is long - which i like. It is firm enough that it holds its shape all night and supports my neck. I didn't buy it for the 'cooling pad' - which is cool at the beginning of the night. It feels like a normal pillow in the middle of the night. I've only had it a few weeks. We will see how long it holds its support.

Very firm, XL, cool center

This contoured pillow is very cooling in the center . It is longer than most, closer to a standard pillow size. It is by far the firmest contoured neck pillow I have ever owned.

The pillow for me.

Really like this pillow. The gel works at first and maybe the rest of the night but I wouldn't know as I sleep soundly. The pillow is at the right height so that my head is not at an angle, I'm a small person.

Pillow is awesome, but good luck finding a pillowcase to fit it because it is such an odd shape.

I love my pillows! I have one for the bedroom and one to sit on [ boney bum syndrome! ] and could would recommend them to both back and side sleepers. Super comfortable and supporting in all the ways you need to get a good night sleep. If you need a seat cushion, this is also a fabulous friend indeed!

This was a gift for my husband. The cooling effect is great. The curve cradles my husbands head perfect and he has also been snoring less.

While this pillow is good quality, it has a big, blue patch of cooling gel in the center. I like cool, but this is COLD. It also is not high enough for me. Returning.

Nobody believes me when I talk about this pillow i bought at bbw, my ex bf had it and fell in love, I had to get it for me .

I got one of these on sale when I moved into my new place and fell in love! It’s great and comfortable. I dislocated my elbow and I haven’t left without my pillow. I am very happy with this product overall!
